- We require full payment up front.

- As your designs are art and therefore subjective, we cannot guarantee that you will like your designs. We can do rounds of alterations (at extra cost) to fix or change anything you would like, but cannot offer a refund if you do not like your work.

- All payments are non-refundable.

- Joel Pringle reserves the right to use any work created to market the Joel Pringle brand.- All logo options will be done in the style currently advertised. We cannot fulfil a different style at this price point.
